I am totally behind in blogging about Whole30... luckily I am procrastinating addressing Christmas cards and blogging is a great at helping me procrastinate!
Day 7
Breakfast- 2 eggs w/ Sweet Potatoes topped with Cinnamon Ghee
Lunch- Nom Nom Paleo's Damn Fine Chicken (This is fantastic!) w/ raw veggies
Dinner- Mustard Lime Chicken (Didn't like this) w/ Asparagus and Tomatoes
Snack- Dried Coconut Shavings
Day 8- I woke up without an appetite
Breakfast- Hardboiled egg on the way to gymnastics
Lunch- Sweet potato fries w/ egg salad and avocado ranch
Dinner- BBQ pulled pork, sweet potato rounds, and avocado
After Dinner Snack- Raspberries
Day 9
Breakfast- Blueberry Clafouti w/ more blueberries and tomatoes
Lunch- Leftover Chili w/ avocado and kiwis
Dinner- Salmon Cakes from ISWF, homemade pickles, and Nom Nom Paleo Autumn Mash
Day 10
Breakfast- 3 eggs w/ leftover squash and blueberries
Lunch- Nom Nom Paleo's Spicy Tuna Cakes w/ raw veggies and honeydew melon
Post Workout Snack- 2 more tuna cakes
Dinner- Leftover pork, roast veggies, avocado, tomatoes, and almond butter mixed with coconut oil
Day 11
Breakfast- Hard boiled eggs, honeydew, and peppers
Lunch- Apple with Sunflower seed butter and BBQ tuna stuffed peppers wrapped in prosciutto
Snack- Sunflower seed butter mixed with coconut oil and cocoa powder & an apple
Dinner- Salsa chicken w/ roast veggies and peppers
Day 12
Breakfast- Pizza Quiche (Doesn't taste like pizza but it is super yummy!)w/ peppers
Lunch- Grass fed burger on a bed of caramelized onions topped with homemade mayo, homemade sweet potato chips, and tomatoes
Dinner- I made a meat sauce for zucchini noodles but the sauce was super fennel-y from the sausage that I bought and I just couldn't get over it so I made eggs and ate peppers and tomatoes.
Day 13
Breakfast- Pizza Quiche with blueberries
Lunch- Sweet potato hash with eggs & blueberries
Dinner- 3 Artichokes w/ghee, silver tip streak, and broccoli
Favorite meal from the week was definitely the Nom Nom Paleo Chicken! Super delicious!
