Whole30 Week 3! This way by far the toughest week due to traveling for Thanksgiving! I was SO stressed about eating out at restaurants... eventually I just had to calm down and try my best to order compliant foods and stop freaking out! :)
Day 14
Breakfast- 2 eggs w/ broccoli topped with ghee
Lunch- 2 eggs w/ caramelized onions and half frozen strawberries topped with coconut milk
Dinner- Meatloaf w/ mashed sweet potatoes topped with cinnamon ghee
Day 15
Breakfast- Leftover meatloaf
Lunch- Leftover meatloaf w/ avocado and tomatoes
Snack- Cashew Cookie Larabar
Dinner Eggs w/ avocado and roasted zucchini
Day 16
Breakfast- Strawberries topped with coconut milk and a hard boiled egg
Lunch- Tuna salad, peppers, blueberries, and raspberries
Dinner- Coconut Chicken Nuggets w/ avocado, cucumbers, and BBQ Sauce mixed with Mayo for dipping
Day 17- We traveled to Ocean Shores for Thanksgiving
Breakfast- 3 eggs w/ saurkraut and raspberries
Lunch- 5 Spicy tuna cakes w/ mashed sweet potatoes topped with cinnamon ghee
Dinner- Chipotle Carnitas Salad w/ Guacamole and a Cashew Cookie Larabar
Day 18- Thanksgiving Day
Breakfast- Butternut Breakfast Bake topped with Cinnamon Ghee, blueberries, and a hard boiled egg (I didn't eat the clementine)
Lunch- Out, ordered a salmon burger and salad and then gave the bun to the girls
Snack- No one else was hungry but me so I started snacking on cashews, sunflower seed butter, and half a Larabar so I decided to just make myself dinner!
Dinner- Spicy tuna cakes, avocado, and blueberries
Day 19- Headed home from Ocean Shores
Breakfast- 2 slices Butternut Breakfast Bake w/ Blueberries
Lunch- Out, ordered grilled salmon w/ salad and fruit
Dinner- 2 eggs, baked sweet potato, and tomatoes
After dinner I just had to finish that other half of Larabar :)
Day 20
Breakfast- 2 eggs w/ gold tomatoes
Got caught up doing errands so I snacked on a Larabar and some Macadamia nuts, once home I ate some homemade sweet potato chips and roasted zucchini
Dinner- Shredded beef taco salad w/ lots of guacamole
Favorite meal from this week was definitely the chicken nuggets! They are super yummy and since they use ground chicken they are super easy since you done have to cut up chicken! Cutting up raw chicken is the worst!!
