Whenever I think of peanut butter and chocolate I think of the Payne family. So when I came across this recipe I knew I had to make it for a Sunday night! But of course, being me, I had to switch it up a bit! Here is my version:

1 Box Butter Recipe Yellow Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Bag Mini Reeses Cups Chopped
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients with a mixer until just combined. Chop Reeses cups, reserving some for garnish, and stir into batter. Pour batter into baking pan and cook for about 35 minutes @ 350 degrees. While cake is baking, bring heavy cream just to a boil. Once heated remove from heat and whisk in chocolate chips and remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter. Once cake is cooled pour chocolate mixture over cake and top with remaining chopped Reeses cups. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set. Enjoy!
