Having a baby changes you.

Duh. That is kind of an obvious statement.

One trait that didn't realize a baby could change was my sweet tooth. Ever since being a little girl I have LOVED my sweets! All of my friends knew that I was totally a lover of all things donut and cake! However, something about having sweet baby Claire totally turned me into a salty snacks person!

May I present you with Chex Mix Chickpeas! This is the snack that you make when you are really craving Chex Mix but still want to eat a little bit healthier.

Chex Mix Chickpeas

1 Can Chickpeas (drained, rinsed, and patted dry)
Butter or Coconut Oil (melted)
Worcestershire Sauce
Seasoning Salt
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Place dry chickpeas on a dry sheet pan. Bake for 50 to 70 minutes or until chickpeas are thoroughly dried out.
3. While chickpeas are roasting combine melted butter or oil with Worcestershire, seasoning salt, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste.
4. Combine seasoning mixture with roasted chickpeas and place chickpeas back in hot oven for another 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Enjoy! These are best consumed the day of preparation
