Dinner Time

Brian loves Asian food... Me... Not so much. Its not really that I dont like the taste but more that I dont like the cleanliness of most Chinese restaurants. Well that and the whole mystery meat thing... I know that they call it chicken but I dont always believe that. I mean I really do like P.F. Changs (their Lettuce Wraps are amazing!) and I like that place down in Seattle that we go to with Grandpa B. I think its called Louie's but I could be wrong.

So last night in an effort to please my hubbys stomach I tried this Wanchai Ferry Sweet and Sour Chicken Meal Kit.


It turned out really good! I was really simple to make too! You just have to boil the rice and cook the chicken and then mix everything together. It came together pretty quick too! I should have taken a picture of what it looked like on our plates because it looked so good but we gobbled it up right away! I give this meal an A+ and I suggest that you try it out for yourself! I especially like that you can know exactly what part of the chicken is in your meal! It also says that you can make it with shrimp instead that would probably be really good too!
