Roasted Cauliflower

Thursday, June 2, 2011

Roasting is hands down my favorite way to enjoy most veggies! I love when foods have a to have a burnt crispiness to them! I often roast an entire head of cauliflower for myself for lunch.... Is that weird? Probably... Can we still be friends?

Roasting cauliflower is so simple! Just break the head of the cauliflower into florets and place them on a dry sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees stirring every twenty minutes for 1 hour. You want the florets to get nice and browned.

I love dipping the cauliflower in a mixture of ketchup and mayo!

Enjoy!

... Yeah, that's a little weird. :) But, the texture sounds like it'd be awesome. You make the neatest things, Keri. I wish I could be more like you!

We had roasted cauliflower for the first time tonight. I did it a little differently, but we loved it. You totally inspired us. Thanks!
