Weekly Meal Plan

I'm was a bit stumped with what to make for dinners this week... With the weather being so cool I have been wanting soups all the time, the problem with soups is that they are hard for the girls to eat without making a huge mess! Thursday I am trying my friend Emma's BBQ Chili, I plan to make it vegetarian by adding 2 extra cans of beans instead of the ground beef!

Monday- Leftover Lasagna Soup
Tuesday- Out to Dinner with Friends!
Wednesday- Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Tacos
Thursday- Slow Cooker BBQ Chili w/ Sweet Potatoes
Friday- Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, and Peas

I am sure I cook a whole bunch of things your family doesn't eat but here is what I have planned:

Potato and Leek Soup
Turkey Chili
Waffles and Bacon
Tortellini w/homemade alfredo
Homemade Bagel Bites
Stuffed Peppers (Black beans and rice taco seasoning and cheese!)

Hope you get inspired!

I am also going to make some cranberry chutney not sure what I going to do with it, but I have fresh cranberries

Yum! All of that sounds delicious! I used to make homemade bagel bites all the time for lunch!
