I have been feeling sub-par the last two days, however my people still need to eat. 
{Brian ordered seersucker monogrammed PJ's for my birthday and they finally arrived!}

The fridge was looking sparse today, so off to Trader Joe's we went!

Mommy's will is weaker when her immune system is down. Cookies for Claire...

Here's what my people are eating this month! 

March 4th- Feta Salmon with Roast Potatoes
March 5th- Lasagna, Caesar Salad, and Garlic Bread
March 6th- Shredded Chicken Tacos
March 7th- Grill out with my Parents
March 8th- Out at Friends

March 11th- Lasagna Soup with Sourdough Bread
March 12th- Tostadas
March 13th- Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, and Peas
March 14th- Brown Sugar BBQ Salmon with Sauteed Carrots
March 15th- Meatball Parmesan Sliders (Try making meatballs with meatloaf mixture)

March 18th- Potato Soup with Rosemary Rolls
March 19th- Brown Butter Sage Chicken with Bacon Green Beans
March 20th- Salmon Pie with Steamed Broccoli
March 21st- Salmon Wonton Tacos
March 22nd- Pizza Night (Try this homemade dough)

Keri- meatloaf mixture is so versatile. I used my recipe to make meatballs and also some lasagna filling! -Elizabeth
