Nurse just came in to check her and she said Keri is almost to 7 centimeters. She's in a lot of pain and really struggling o find a comfortable position. Standing is best for her but her legs are starting to get very tired and now has what the nurse called "labor shakes." so if she's laying down she's not comfortable, but when she's standing she doesn't have strength to stand. They let her take a shower which I think will help a lot. Please continue to pray. Things are definitely VERY tough for her right now.

KERI-

You are doing great!! Keep up the good work! If you are at a 7 you are nearly there! Keep focused, no matter how bad the pain is 1) it is worth it 2) the minute she is out, the pain is forgotten (unless it is really bad, then the pain will be forgotten within the hour:))
