October was the best month at the Farmers Market for these gorgeous strawberries..

Starbucks date with Claire...

We attempted to go apple picking. We had it planned for a little while and of course when the day came it was pouring down rain! We still had fun even if we didn't get to pick any apples!

I finished my first gnome baby...

We made dipped beeswax candles for the first time...

The girls found their dream car parked outside of the library...

The girls and I went to the San Diego Zoo...

I finished another Seahawks hat. In this house I have to knit everything twice :)...

We watched ladybugs grow...

We made many batches of peanut butter cookies...

We made wax dipped leaves... Such a fun project and one I know we will make every year! Although it was pretty tough to find red leaves in October here!

CC... It is odd having them in a class together but the girls don't seem to mind and I like that I get to be with both of them every week! Kenley is timid but knows all the answers... Claire doesn't know all the answers but is very bubbly and talkative...

Claire was all about the tin whistle.. She wanted to practice all the time and would often volunteer for solos in class and tell her tutor the real note names instead of the finger code. haha...

We dissected owl pellets...

In September, Kenley learned 1 finger knitting. She loved it and made lots of garland. In October, I taught her 4 finger knitting. She loves doing it and I love that it keeps her busy. It is an awesome activity for long car rides too!
