I don't know about you, but I am ready for April! It means that we are that much closer to Summer! We had a gorgeous day on Sunday which gave us a glimpse of how wonderful summer will be! I can't wait for days spent outside playing in the kiddie pool and sandbox with the girls! It will be our last summer here and we are going to make the most of it!

The Lemon Butter Salmon that I link to below is super delicious! I highly recommend that you try it!

Monday the 1st- Spaghetti Pie w/ Caesar Salads
Tuesday the 2nd- Knock-off Chick-fil-A w/ Butternut Squash Fries
Wednesday the 3rd- Tacos
Thursday the 4th- Lemon Butter Salmon w/ Steamed Broccoli
Friday the 5th- Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, and Peas

Monday the 8th- Meatball Parmesan Sliders w/ Roasted Green Beans
Tuesday the 9th- Bean and Cheese Enchiladas w/ Corn and Avocados
Wednesday the 10th- Homemade Pizza with Spinach Salads
Thursday the 11th- Salmon Wonton Tostadas w/ Steamed Carrots
Friday the 12th- White Calzones w/ Caesar Salads

Monday the 15th- Eating Out
Tuesday the 16th- Trader Joe's Orange Chicken w/ Rice and Steamed Broccoli
Wednesday the 17th- Brown Butter Sage Chicken w/ Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Thursday the 18th- Brown Sugar BBQ Salmon w/ Sauteed Carrots
Friday the 19th- Chili topped Sweet Potatoes

Monday the 22nd- Southwest Soup
Tuesday the 23rd- Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Wednesday the 24th- Crockpot Shredded Chicken Tacos
Thursday the 25th- Teriyaki Salmon w/ Steamed Broccoli
Friday the 26th- Chicken Enchiladas

Monday the 29th- Grilled Cheese and Deceptively Delicious Tomato Soup
